SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
JVG Online Store currently ships to Hong Kong SAR, China, and Macau only.
ORDER TRACKING
Your order would be delivered by express delivery firms.
For orders before the delivery appointment is scheduled, please contact our customer hotline at + 852 2448 3122.
Remarks: If orders are returned to us for reasons such as incorrect addresses, PO Boxes, failed delivery attempts, or recipient’s refusal to the parcels, we can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged for re-delivery fees and the previous shipping fee(s) (if any) will not be refunded.

SHIPPING TIME
Few more delivery days will be needed in the following situations:
- Purchased item(s) contains Accessories & Tools only
- Any out-of-stock items
- Delivery details incomplete
- Request from a customer about the change of order or delivery details
- During festive seasons or promotion period of our store
- Caused by or resulting from accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions, or any other causes due to uncontrollable factors
Same day delivery arrangement:
When an SMS notification has been received before 11:00 am, you may enjoy same-day delivery services except for the following situations:
- During festive seasons or promotion period of our store
- Request from the customer about the change of order or delivery details
- Caused by or resulting from accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions, or any other causes beyond Our scope of control
- Delivery area: Island district, Sha Tau Kok, Ping Che, Sai Kung Town Centre, Stanley, Repulse Bay, Shek O, and Big Wave Bay (Tai Long Wan)
Macau Delivery:
- For orders that are confirmed before 11:00 am, they will be delivered within 2 – 4 working days in general.
- For orders that are confirmed after 11:00 am, it takes 1 more day to deliver.
- Please refer to the express delivery firm‘s arrangement and SMS notification for the exact delivery date.
- No delivery service will be provided on Sundays and public holidays.
- Request from the customer about the change of order or delivery details
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges involved, applicable customs duties, taxes, and any other charges that may incur. You may inquire about the customs office or the express delivery firm for more details.
